The weekend is almost here, and things are kicking off with Sinjin Hawke and Thriftworks hitting up SRB Brooklyn on Friday, February 28th. Joining the two bass fueled DJs is BASSMent Saturdays and When In Robe resident Subset, and P. Morris.Montreal born Sinjin Hawke has been tearing up clubs for several years. His bouncy, bass fueled, hip hop inspired sets bring out the inner party in everyone. He’s teamed up with the likes of DJ Sliink and Just Blaze recently and is well respected as a producer as well.Thriftworks’ released his most recent LP, Deviation, for free last year and it’s been critically praised for its unique style. Experimenting with glitches and beautifully melodic vocals, along with some powerful wobbly basslines, Thriftworks has made a name for himself as one of the more unique names producing music today.Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door so make your moves quick – you can purchase the tickets here.
