From The Tennessean:Kevin Long, 45, was tailgating with friends just before the University of Tennessee-Virginia Tech football game at Bristol Motor Speedway when he suffered an apparent heart attack, according to his brother Blake Long.The husband and father of two young daughters was transported via medical helicopter to Bristol Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead later that afternoon, his brother added.Long’s sister spoke about him in the article.An avid fisherman and UT fan, Kevin was a supervisor for a company that primarily does remodeling work for Kroger stores, according to his sister, Jennifer Dotson.Dotson said her brother loved fishing with his daughters and spending quiet time with his wife over a cup of coffee.“He was also a big jokester and prankster,” she said. “We’re just all still in shock.”Our thoughts go out to the Long family after this tragedy.[The Tennessean]last_img
