Police seek publics help solving in overnight shooting

Navy veteran Erick Dorsey received keys to a Toyota Tacoma.After nearly losing his eyesight due to his 20 plus years in the military, Dorsey is currently a full time student and relies on public transportation with his limited income.This gift is thanks to Caliber Collision and Allstate insurance, who volunteer their time to donate vehicles to people in need of transportation.Members from Allstate met with Dorsey at the Marriott on Harbor Drive earlier today to hand him the keys to his new car.Dorsey was nominated to receive a car by STEP, a San Diego-based nonprofit that supports military service members and their families. last_img read more
